Mariadb Mysql_config_editor

Mariadb Mysql_Config_Editor. I need to configure encrypted password files using mysql_config_editor but does not seem to be available within the install files I used for XtraDB Cluster Apparently it is available with the default Mysql Client install know this is not a Percona product but was wondering if anyone had experience with this.
